FARBO connects boat owners with renters through live ascending auctions. Here's how the platform works for each side.
Browse open auctions
Filter by date, marina, capacity or boat type. Every slot opens with a floor price — no brokers, no phone calls. Set your trip date to see all boats in auction that day.
Place a binding bid
Create your free account, add a payment card, and place your bid. Your card is authorized — not charged. Get outbid? Your hold is released automatically and you can bid again.
Win the auction
When the auction closes, the highest bidder wins the boat rental and signs the digital bareboat charter. You'll receive a QR code for dock check-in.
Set sail
Show your QR at the marina. Need a captain? Hire one independently from our open captain directory, contracted directly with them at their own rate. Then enjoy Miami's waters — and leave a review afterward to help future renters.
Yes. After sign-up, owners see the Owner Dashboard with fleet management, slot creation, captain management, and earnings. Renters see their bid history, bookings, and trip status. Admins have a separate control panel.
